Important Information and Procedure

The aim of MENORCA SHUTTLEBUS is to provide the cheapest coach transfers between MAHON airport and RESORTS/HOTELS on MENORCA. Also eliminating the hassle associated with shuttle style transfers when passengers have not been made aware of how shuttle services operate and certain restrictions that apply.

HOTELS/APARTMENT HOTEL COMPLEXES ONLY
SHUTTLEBUS transfer vehicles can only take passenger to and collect from HOTELS/APARTMENT HOTEL COMPLEXES ONLY. SHUTTLEBUS transfer vehicles cannot stop/collect at private villas/ apartments.

PRE BOOKED PRE PAID SHUTTLEBUS TRANSFERS.
All SHUTTLEBUS transfers must be pre booked and pre paid.We cannot provide transfers for people just turning up at the airport SHUTTLEBUS office 

CHILD SEATS / BOOSTERS
Child seats / boosters are not available in SHUTTLEBUS transfer vehicles. They are available in private transfer vehicles.

SHUTTLEBUS TRAVELLING TIMES
MENORCA SHUTTLEBUS coaches may stop at various resorts/hotels on each transfer journey. There can be up to 10 stops each SHUTTLEBUS journey. This means travelling time between airport and resort/ hotel can take longer than by direct private transfer.

ARRIVAL TIME MAHON AIRPORT ARRIVALS HALL
Depending on time of arrival at the SHUTTLEBUS office the maximum wait for a SHUTTLEBUS transfer vehicle departure can be 45 minutes. We do not hold back SHUTTLEBUS vehicles for delayed flights as another vehicle will be put on.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE.
Luggage allowance per passenger is same as flight allowance, 1 suitcase + 1 item of hand luggage. Folding pushchairs allowed.

SHUTTLEBUS ACCESS.
Passengers have to climb various steps up into SHUTTLEBUS coaches so may not be suitable for passengers with mobility difficulties.
