Just wanted to thank you for a very smooth pick up from the airport on the 3rd of July (the start of our holiday) and a nice prompt pick up from our hotel on the 17th July.
Although the drivers and us could not converse very well due to the language barrier, they were both very friendly, polite and helpful.

Hi,
We have just returned today from our trip to Menorca. I wanted to e-mail you to congratulate you on the efficiency of your service. Although we were two and a half hours late in arriving at Mahon on 23rd April, 2009 our driver was waiting for us to take us to Santo Tomas.
For our return journey today, we had booked the pick up for 8.00 a.m. The driver was there early and was waiting patiently for us.
The drivers on both journeys were very courteous and friendly, and helped with the cases etc.
We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone.

My family and I would like to thank you and your colleagues for
the wonderful service we experienced from your company. It was
the first time we had not booked our holiday through a travel
agent and, I especially, was nervous about everything going to
plan but I needn't have worried. Please pass on our special thanks
to the driver who met us at the airport and made sure that we

Just a little note to say a big thank you for all your help in arranging
our airport transfers last week and again yesterday - it all worked
like a dream.
My husband and I were treating our children (in their 30's) to a
holiday and they were terribly impressed by the quality and superb
arrangements made!!! They were even more impressed on our return
journey when a very large 50 odd seater, super deluxe coach arrived
to take us back to the airport - needless to say I got the credit
for it - at least they said 'only mother' could arrange this.
I do hope we can come back as we loved Menorca - I will do my utmost
to recommend your company to any friends who might be thinking of
Menorca for a holiday.
