Shuttle transfers
The drop off and pick up points of the airport shuttle transfer service are only larger hotels or central Shuttle Drop off and Pick up Points.
You will be dropped off and collected on the main street in front of the reception of your hotel. Clients who have booked a villa, finca (holiday cottage) or have private accommodation will be dropped off and collected at the nearest hotel.
Private and VIP transfers
You will be dropped off and collected from outside your accommodation.
Airport & port arrivals – meeting point
With your booking confirmation we will send you also all the necessary information like the meeting point with your driver or our airport staff, pick up times and contact numbers.
In case of flight delays or cancellations please advise the local transport provider immediately.
If you have any problem locating your driver or the representative at the airport please contact our local 24/7 assistance. Contact details are on the bottom of your voucher.
Return transfer from the resort to the airport or port
Pick up times for the return transfer form the resort back to the airport or port are available 36 hours in advance on our website: https://www.menorca-airport-transfers.com/pickup/
The collection time is based on the flight time and hotel you have provided on your booking. If there are any changes you must let us know immediately.
Please note that the Pick Up Times of the shuttle transfers are non negotiable.
If you have booked a shuttle service please be outside the main reception of your accommodation or the given pick up point where the driver can see you clearly at least ten minutes before your pick up time.
If you cannot locate your driver 10 minutes after the confirmed pick up time please contact the 24/7 telephone assistance of the local transport company provided.
Customer’s responsabilities
On making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be provided. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking. In case of poor service due to client culpability, Menorca Airport Transfers will not take any responsability and will not refund the money.
Cancellation

Refunds
If the reservation is cancelled more than 2 days (48 hours) before the service – 100% of the reservation will be refunded minus 10 euros administration fee.
If the reservation is cancelled within 2 days (48 hours) of the service – there will be no refund.
Provider cancellation
If our local transfer company has no further availability and Menorca Airport Transfers cannot offer an alternative transfer, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case you will get the full amount refunded.
Luggage
Your luggage entitlement is 1 x bag or suitcase per person, maximum weight 20 kg and maximum combined size of 158 cm (length+width+height) and one piece of hand luggage, maximum weight 5kg, maximum combined size is de 45 cm + 35 cm + 20 cm).
Extra luggage has to be specified at the booking. Special baggage such as bicycles, surfboards, golf clubs, etc. must be specified in the comments box (including type, weight and size) on the reservation and the extra supplement paid.
The transport of these items is only allowed on specific Shuttle Services or Private Transfers and with special bags. For any reason the weight and/or size of the special baggage does not fit into the designated vehicle, it is the clients responsibility to arrange and pay for an alternative form of transportation. Cancellations and refunds will not be admitted when these circumstances arise.
Menorca Airport Transfers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of your luggage. Please ensure you have travel insurance covering any loss or damage to your luggage.
Wheelchairs
There is no extra cost for wheelchairs but please make a note in the comments box. For security and space reasons please book a private transfer. If the person travelling with the wheelchair is unable to get into the transport without assistance or needs to travel in the wheelchair, please let us know in the comments box and an appropriate vehicle will be supplied if available.
Payments and costs
There aren’t any supplements added to the stipulated prices. We provide you with an updated website with a fixed price, without additional supplements (except extra items selected by the User).
